weekend ni no swim – no bike – no run.. gi jalan2 carik pasal kat melaka. mane la tahu terjumpa keris taming sari ke.. or harta benda si alfonso d’albuquerque ke hihihi..

team name : kodokkularigagahberani

after 7hrs mencarik harta karun tiba2 – huhu.. menang RM300 beb.. 4th place. wa banyak suka la hahaha.. total tak silap wa 55 cars including 11 cars from category keluarga.

aksi juara – team kodokkularigagahberani hihihi.. shikin & shahid otak geliga bai.. leh buat batu cincin. faez – driver paling bersopan santun & kuat main gak dia ni hahaha.. & wa tukang baca peta je.

masa dok bz tengah carik harta karun.. ternampak la signboard ni kat tempat basuh keter :p

ok esok start balik training.. a’famosa triathlon is on 8th april.

KLIM last year after the 30km mark wa dah suffer tahap tenok.. sekejab2 lari.. sekejab2 jalan. sumpahan yg keluar dari mulut wa ni tak tahu la dah berapa banyak.. berkoyan koyan kot. ramai kengkawan yg cakap pace wa terlalu laju masa memula.. so bila sampai kat penghujung – koyak.

so this year wa try to berhati hati dgn pace wa.. siap tulis kat tangan lagi tu target time – sebijik mcm kat atas tu. nak buat pace laju takut semput lak nanti.. nak buat pace slow, takut lari target.. so amik tengah2.

this year after the 30km mark – wa still running.. after the 35km mark – wa still running gak.. kagum siol huhu..

5km to go – still running.

3km to go – still running.

2km to go – still running.. but – the last pundek hill.. actually after the half of the pundek hill.. just after the water station.. about 150m to the summit & dah nak dekat sign 1km to go.. tetiba – KANTOI. start to walk briskly.. sampai je summit tetiba rasa nak pitam. bila kena sergah dgn si azhar from jb baru ok.. wa ingat wa dah tinggalkan dia jauh hihihi.. rupa2 ada kat belakang – tunggu masa je nak overtake yek :p

masa downhill – 1km to go.. tak leh nak lari.. kaki sakit siol. bila route tu dah agak flat sikit kat area bank negara tu baru boleh lari hihihi.. lagi pun kat situ ramai org tengok.

ceh.. lari target. siap ada extra 10min lak if compare dgn last year.

tapi tak apa.. kali ni rasa ok sikit – tak la sensara mcm last year. tapi jalan mcm org cacat  tu still ada bila dah cross the finish line hahaha..

to all yg take part wa ucapkan tahniah.. tak kira la hang masuk distance mane pun – yg penting korang habis.. timing tu jgn kesah sgt.. buleh try-test next race.

yg 1st timer.. yg baru try this year pastu doing very well – peee wittt.. wa caya sama lu.. tabik spring 1 kali.

lari marathon ni – SAKIT memang dah confirmed.. tapi yg penting kita enjoyyyyyy.. hihihi.. mcm citer puteri lak.

sunday wa pi run gak kat SMART tunnel tu walaupun kaki still lenguh2 lepas kayuh gi PD ari sabtu.. 14km = 1hr 25min.

boleh kata semua yg join event tu tak puas hati kat organizer.. wa pun tak puas hati gak ni.. kenapa la dia lepas kan semua lelaki je dulu.. lepas tu lelaki senior.. pempuan dia asingkan & lepas lambat2.. tak syok la mcm tu hihihi.. view kurang menarik.

pagi tadi kayuh gi port dickson. start dari rumah wa +/-8.00am dgn azmar.. lepas tu jumpa dicky after cheras toll – dia start dari bandar tun razak.. extra +/-6km. ironman steve & laif tunggu kat mtdc bangi.. so total 5 of us.

sebelum ni tak pernah start dari rumah if nak kayuh gi port dickson.. sebelum ni wa start dari mtdc bangi.

ngam2 3hrs sampai teluk kemang.. non-stop from cheras to port dickson. 88km with average 29km/h.

semua perut dah lapar.. ada yg belasah burger.. ada yg belasah nasik lemak. lepas melantak so tiba lah masanya utk balik. masa balik ni la yg seksa. masa tu dah dekat kul 12thari.. panassssss beb.

on the way back kita org stop for refill 2 kali. 1st kat shell sepang & 2nd somewhere before ukm bangi – pekena air kelapa & air tebu.. perghhh heaven. stop about 5min.

regroup kat mtdc – lepas tu sambung kayuh lagi.

sampai rumah wa +/-4.00pm.. 8jam tu.

total 176km.. ini lah jarak paling jauh pernah wa kayuh dlm satu ari. sebelum ni +/-400km tapi kayuh 3 ari berturut-turut.

average bukan lagi 29km/h.. masa balik cuma 26.6km/h. bukit2 kat area bukit pelanduk tu memang mengganggu emosi la hahaha.. cobaannn..

total riding time : 6hrs 35min

total time for makan & refill : 1hr 25min.. nanti dah terel sikit timing for makan tu akan dikurangkan hihihi..

esok smart tunnel run – 14km.. aduhhh..

KLIM is on 18th march 2007. this is my 3rd marathon.. kalau berjaya habis la hihihi.. runnning 42km bukan mudah ooo.. sakit memang dah confirmed.

training macam biasa.. kengkadang bila lari tu kaki rasa best je tapi kengkadang rasa berat gak.. normal la tu kan? but as long as penyakit m-a-l-a-s tak ada dlm badan – wa rasa ok la.

swimming pause dah lebih sebulan kot.. lepas KLIM kena start balik sebab 1st triathlon race for this year awal bulan april ni.. wa punya swimming hancur. kena amik class swimming lagi la nampaknya – if swimming dah cun angan2 next year nak try ironman langkawi. dalam newspaper kata ironman langkawi is on 23rd february 2008. dapat swim 3.8km sub 2hr dah kira bagus la utk tahap mcm wa ni.. lagi laju lagi bagus :p

this week dah mula kurangkan lari – taper la konon. isnin : bike 30min kat gym *bosan gila*.. selasa : run 10km – 1hr @ tasik titiwangsa.. rabu : run 10km – 1hr @ gym.. khamis : hujan.. jumaat : rest day..

sabtu : long run @ 2 x double hill +/-22km in 2hr 28min.. sepatutnya nak buat 30km tapi tak jadi sebab kaki rasa berat la pulak.. pastu kat atas lutut terasa sakit sikit.. so sendiri mau ingat hihihi..

ahad pagi tadi : bike race @ genting sempah. way2ride KOM.. warm up about 11km lepas tu start beramai-ramai dari hospital orang asli gombak ke genting sempah about 16km climb. ramai tu.. rasa2 dalam +/-100 rider kot. unofficial time : 44min. besttt.. nak pecah jantung dibuatnya :p
