one week before going to kenyir – jiwa kacau.. mental terganggu. semua angkara cramps kat betis. bukan sebelah.. dua2 belah – kiri & kanan. sakit siol.. kaki tak leh buat apa2. sib baik kat pool – ada gak tempat utk berpaut.. kalau kat tasik or laut??

morning before race tu phobia tak hilang lagi. masa race wa still takut nak buat kicking.. wa just layannn.. janji sampai. dalam kepala dok mengharap “jgn cramp.. pls jgn cramp”.

habis je swim – lega gila hahaha.. mcm org tahan berak jumpa toilet.

after lunch dapat reply sms from coach “what happen dgn u punya swim?”

2nd sms “never mind nanti kita train lagi kasi u tak cramps” aduhhh.. bunyi mcm nak kena blasah je :p

hihihi.. wa tahu & coach tahu wa punya swim boleh gi sub 40min. dah terbukti masa training. bila race – kecut telor!! hahaha.. pundeks

but kenyir triathlon rockkkkkk.. banyak syok 🙂 gang pun best – wa caya sama lu.

FLOYD DROPS THE LANCE BOMB

Los Angeles, May 10, 2007

Floyd Landis said he was offered what amounted to a plea deal last August by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) to give up information on possible doping activities by seven-time Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong.

“It was offered to me that if I give up something on Lance Armstrong to incriminate him, I would serve the lightest possible suspension,” Landis said, at a Thursday press conference leading up to his arbitration hearing for doping charges starting Monday at Pepperdine Universtiy. “I found it to be offensive. And I think it goes to the character of the prosecution.”

Landis quickly added that he had “never” seen Lance do anything wrong or illicit and hoped that the focus of the upcoming proceedings would remain “about science and a doping hearing.”

“That’s what I have been accused of,” he said.

According to sources contacted by Bicycling, USADA lawyer Travis Tygart approached Landis’ lawyer, Howard Jacobs, in August, 2006, with a deal that would allow Floyd to serve a “shorter sentence that would allow him to race in the 2007 Tour” if he would give up “bigger names” and accept his suspension.

 When pressed at the Thursday call as to whether or not the bigger name in question was definitely Lance Armstrong, Landis said, “Yes.”

Landis said he flatly refused the deal and sources close to him said he couldn’t understand why prosecutors would expect him to accept a deal when he was innocent. From his perspective, USADA was trying to use him as a pawn to get to someone else and didn’t really care if he was guilty or innocent.

Landis and his defense team reiterated several times their disgust with the offer and their opinion that it points to the character of the prosecution that they will do anything they can to bring guilty verdicts on the biggest names in sport.

Armstrong held a press conference following Floyd’s. According to the Trust But Verify blog, he was furious with USADA and had no ill will towards Floyd for bringing this proposed deal to light. Read more from Lance’s press conference.

Lance Armstrong has always maintained his position that he never took any kind of performance enhancing drug, always claiming that he “was the most tested athlete in the world.”

Landis’ hearing before a panel of three arbitrators begins May 14.

semalam swimming.. class ke-11.

14 x 50m warm-up & stroke correction.

10 x 50m sprint average 1:05.. still slow. budak kecik kat lane sebelah buat backstroke +/-0:50 aje.

1 x 500m easy

kali ni wa kurangkan kicking.. takut cramps. wa tahu stroke banyak salah sebab tak concentrate. kepala otak dok pikir benda lain.

lepas kena cramps selasa lepas, wa terus tak ada mood nak swim. nak gi kenyir pun dah rasa tak confident. tgk la mcm mane next week.. confident level very very low.

sabtu kayuh ke ulu langat lagi.. dapat la 96km. suka la kayuh kat area ulu langat & kat area dam semenyih tu. keter kurang.. jalan pun ok.. bukit pun best. every week gi kayuh kat langat pun tak bosan. layannn..

ahad pagi tadi join NB15km run. tak register pun.. saje suka2 lari. buat double hill pastu lepak kat finish line dekat van milo – minum milo yg sentiasa sedap sejak dari sekolah rendah.. milo kat kedai mamak pun kalah tau :p

khamis ni final champions league. kickoff 2am kat athens. last season pun this two teams masuk final and liverpool menang. liverpool & ac milan ni team favorite wa but wa tetap nak liverpool menang sebab boleh kerek dgn fan mu hahaha..

last night swimming.. class ke-10.

10 x 50m warm-up & stroke correction

2 x (200m kicking + 200m swim)

2 x (100m kicking + 300m swim)

1 x 100m easy

last set masa 300m swim tu calf belah kiri cramp.. stop kejab for stretching pastu sambung balik. lagi 10m nak habis calf belah kanan pulak cramp aduhhh..

potong stim betul la.

masuk ni dah 2 kali kena cramps. semua at the end of the last set.

wa tak pernah kena cramp masa bike & run.

maybe sensitive to cold water or overambitious & terlebih tekan kot or memang tak fit?

kalau masa race kena cramp aduhhh.. kantoi beb

so, how to stop cramping masa swimming???

geoff, dicky, jaja, saiful, bacin, cipang, shazly, abu – tukang amik gambar & hilang lagi sorang – khairul cramp.. regroup before panjat peres.

puncak peres with shazly & geoff.. gelapnya aku – ni mesti sebab camera murah ni hihihi..

start bt9 > bt14 > bt18 > genting peres > semenyih dam > sg tekala > nasik lemak > bukit tekali > bt14 > end bt9 

total +/-90km. average 25km/h in 3hr 45min.. lebih kurang mcm tu la – tak berapa nak ingat.

casualties : cipang – seat post patah, shazly 3 kali tayar pancit, khairul – cramp

victory : jaja – 1st attemp terus conquered genting peres & bukit tekali. dia baru start kayuh last month. caya la.

believe it or not : geoff – panjat & turun genting peres sambil hantar sms.. power siol. jauh kita org kena tinggal. shazly – kena drop masa panjat genting peres & bukit tekali terus jual basikal. tak caya tengok kat sini hahahaha..

class yg ke-8 ari selasa lepas just buat light training sebab baru balik dari bukit merah. tapi letih gak la sebab ada 8 x 50m kicking hihihi..

tadi class yg ke-9. one to one dgn cailin coz azmar ari ni demam. so ari ni tak leh nak ponteng :p

12 x 50m warm-up

2 x 500m (1st set 12:44 / 2nd set 12:56)

4 x 50m easy

4 x 50 stroke correction (ari ni ok – tak banyak kena tegur)

overall : best.. +/-1hr focus gila & tangan still cacat hihihi..

official results for bukit merah triathlon dah keluar. memang ketara wa punya swim hancurrr.. banyak benda kena repair.

advise from mr sofian.. 3 time kona ironman & entah berapa kali dia dah habiskan langkawi ironman – tabik spring.

– Your bike and run is Ironman standard. Your swim is not. Need to make your body long when u swim. Stretchhhhh. 

– My heart goes to you. Because you start swimming late, your shoulders are stiff. Read Total Immersion. The longer body + outstrecthed arms swims faster.

Swim often to make the body lembut. Try to keep one arm in front always. Roll body to swim faster (notice the body position of fishes when they swim, on the side). Balance the body.

race kali ni banyak sangat kejutan. tapi macam biasa la bila kengkawan kita best semua jadi best. semua enjoyyyyyy.. gang monyet semua happening hihihi..

kejutan utama atau kejutan yg paling terkejut berok ialah masa swim section. organizer cakap swim 2 loops for 1.5km. swim punya swim punya swim.. tak sampai2 lagi. wa rasa dah lama gila dah swim ni. target 1.5km swim sub 40min.

3-4 kali abang bomba bagi arahan “kiri.. kiri..” “kanan.. kanan..” “dah terlajak dah ni.. ke kiri sikit” aduhhhh.. hampehhh.. navigation fail.

ada 3 aje big orange buoys for landmarks. 1 kat starting.. 2 lagi nun jauh kat tengah tasik tu. swim tiga segi. masa swimming susah nak nampak semua benda2 tu. if penat tak leh nak sesuka hati stop or berpaut kat pelampong sebab tak ada pelampong or tempat utk berpaut hahaha.. sendiri mau ingat laaa..

sampai je kat pontoon, mc tu cakap “good swim.. good swim.. 1hr 10min” aduhhh.. lamanya wa swim.. good swim apa kejadah – off target gila babi punya. but i tell u this – wa buat freestyle all the way dude hahaha.. banyak suka laaa 🙂

rupa2 nya the whole loops tu total about +/-2km.. bukan 1.5km. mamat power yg 1st out from the lake tu pun buat dalam 28min. selalunya mamat pro buat around +/-15min utk 1.5km. patut la penat nak mampus hahaha..

masa 1st transition tak ada marshall. if amik bike terus kayuh pun tak ada org nak marah. wa tolak pastu tercarik carik starting line utk mula kayuh. supporter yg lepak kat tepi jalan tu yg kasi tahu “ok bang dah boleh kayuh” siol je.

kat transition area tu sesiapa saje boleh masuk.. tak macam duathlon. bahaya la mcm ni. wa dah dengar 2 kes kehilangan barang.. helmet & cycling shoe. lepas ni apa pulak yg hilang? organizer kena buat sesuatu.

masa kayuh tak jadi masalah.. cuma tak ada org nak tolong potong angin. kayuh sorang2 bosan gak. bike wa buat 1hr 05min. average 30km/h. route dia tak berbukit. lagi satu kejutan – total cuma 33km aje. pandai mr. chan ni.. dia panjangkan swim section pastu dia kontra dengan memotong sikit route utk biking. tak apa – janji rock.

masa run wa tak tahu betul ke 10km atau kurang. sebab tak ada meter nak ukur :p

lagi pun dah penat. rasa macam 10km la kot. run wa buat 1hr 03min.

so unofficial time lepas campur 1st & 2nd transition : 3hrs 25min huhu.. 5min lagi nak game over :p

sebelum tu masa dinner & briefing mr. chan cakap cut off time 3hrs 30min. tapi macam biasa mr. chan ni baik hati.. orang yg habis dekat 5jam pun dia kasi medal gak. orang yg cuma buat 1 loop masa swim pun tak kena disqualify hahaha.. aku tahu siapa mamat tu. patut la lajuuu.. jangan marahhh.. gurau je hihihi.. so apa lagi kengkawan jom laaa.. banyak syok oooooo.. janji habis.
