sejak dua menjak ni memang wa kurang sangat buat run. sometime 1 week punya mileage just 10km aje. main air kat pool lagi best hihihi..

tuesday.. class no.12

balik dari race selalunya coach tak kasi drill yg gila2.. just buat stroke correction 10 x 50m pastu water treading and 1 x 500m.

thursday.. class no.13 (kena dera)

10 x 50m warm up & stroke correction

1 x 500m kicking using training fin & kickboard

1 x 500m pulling using pull buoy

1 x 500m race pace

1 x 100m cool down

timing each drill wa tak ingat daaa.. yg wa tahu semua tu in 1hr.

perghhh.. penat but stim siol. lepas tu nak naik tangga pun terkangkang kangkang huhu.. semua angkara fin tu laaa..
