ideal weight.. konon

height : 162cm – last ukur masa medical check-up kat Ironman Langkawi. hahaha.. ye wa tau, wa dah tak leh tinggi lagi.

29.12.2007 @ Tesco Kajang : 61kg

21.02.2008 @ Ironman Langkawi medical check-up : 63kg

23.02.2008 @ +/-5min after finish Ironman Langkawi : 59kg

March, April & May 2008 @ kat rumah : 65kg

06.07.2008 @ Tesco Kajang : 65kg

10.09.2008 @ after buka puasa kat rumah : 62kg

emmm.. wa baca webpage pasai ideal weight – dia kata wa kena maintain 60kg to 61kg. ini peoples choice katanya. meaning – average weight that other people of wa punya age, height, weight & gender would describe as their ideal weight hahaha.. mcm siol.

medical recommendation pulak based on BMI. benda ni pulak ckp wa punya BMI 23.6kg/m2 – reasonably equally healthy. nak lagi best wa kena maintain 59kg hahaha.. lagi mcm siol.

ok lah – personal goal 60kg.

arghhhhh.. gi mampusss pasai ideal weight – wa nak just maintain perut ni jgn sampai jadi boroi @ buncit yg ketara. at the same time wa leh enjoy makanan yg wa suka & jgn lupa exercise. janji rockkk..

smlm run lagi kat Tasik Permaisuri. this time achieve target.. dapat gak habis 2 loop. 1st loop dada & kaki still ok but masuk 2nd loop aduhhh.. seksa beb. sib baik lupa bawak HRM if not mau meletop benda tu.

1st lap : 3.87km (23:02)

2nd lap : 3.88km (23:50)

total : 7.79km (48:33)

average pace : 6:13

elevation : min 50m & max 83m

slow tapi rasa mcm nak mampusss.. patut la ramai yg tak mau run masa bulan posa.

bagun sahor pagi tadi terus demam.

wa jadi jakun & kagum.. but before wa mengarut baik lu tgk ni dulu – click url ni http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/player/6678756 pastu jgn lupa tekan punat PLAY tu hehehe..

malam tadi wa try run dgn wa punya forerunner 305.. kira mcm test drive la ni. run kat Tasik Permaisuri kul 10.00pm dgn Dicky. plan nak buat 2 loop – kejadian sebenar 1 loop. jadi lah.. janji dapat test benda baru ni.

pastu lepas sahur pagi tadi, 1st time wa upload data ke MotionBased – try test tengokkk..

perghhh.. mcm2 benda leh tgk dude. wa kasi summary aje la.. kang kasi details dgn wa pun leh pening.. smlm tak pakai HRM tapi layan gak la.

if wa tak silap ada 3 jenis map leh tgk..

hehehe.. tak sabar nak run lagi ni.
