emmm.. wa baca webpage pasai ideal weight – dia kata wa kena maintain 60kg to 61kg. ini peoples choice katanya. meaning – average weight that other people of wa punya age, height, weight & gender would describe as their ideal weight hahaha.. mcm siol.
medical recommendation pulak based on BMI. benda ni pulak ckp wa punya BMI 23.6kg/m2 – reasonably equally healthy. nak lagi best wa kena maintain 59kg hahaha.. lagi mcm siol.
ok lah – personal goal 60kg.
arghhhhh.. gi mampusss pasai ideal weight – wa nak just maintain perut ni jgn sampai jadi boroi @ buncit yg ketara. at the same time wa leh enjoy makanan yg wa suka & jgn lupa exercise. janji rockkk..

alaaa…kalau lu nak sgt layan ideal weight, nanti tak syok la nak makan nasi campur kat kedai akak kuala klawang, or makan tempeyek kat tekala.
bang – berat dosa dah calculate belum? Perasan tak, lepas puasa/raya/amal ibadah, dosa pun kurang.
