“Pedal Away Polio, organized by Rotaract Club of Taylor’s University College, is a fund-raising cycling expedition, aims to channel every dollar raised to Rotary International PolioPlus Fund. It is a Rotary’s volunteer arm of the global partnership dedicated to eradicate polio globally through the immunization campaigns.”

esok start kayuh. 1st ride after lebih sebulan tak buat apa2. bulan posa this year semua activity pause.

esok punya plan.. aura pemecah lemak tahap pertama!!

2009 ipoh century ride – banyak syokkk..

boleh kata semua tempat ni wa tak pernah lalu.. start kat Bkt Dinding Resort > Tanah Hitam > Jalong > Sungai Siput > Kuala Kangsar > Sauk > Karai > Lintang > Jalong > Tanah Hitam > Bkt Dinding Resort. route ni mostly rolling & ada few step climb yg pendek2 layannn..

well done to the organizer & abg2 polis. not only critical junction aje dia org ni jaga.. semua junction kecik2 kat kampung tu pun dia org block. anjing pun takut nak lintas jalan tau hehehe.. tak dapat join LTdL pun tak apa, janji ada feel mcm LTdL :p

wa bukan dlm main peloton.. tapi group wa ni besau gak, ada la dlm 50-60 ride.

lagi dekat dgn finish line, speed pun bertambah laju & ramai yg kena drop. tak silap wa lagi 5km nak sampai finish line tinggal +/-10 rider aje.. sib baik wa dapat bertahan. minah yg menang no.3 category pempuan pun dlm group ni. minah yg dapat no.4 dah kena drop. minah yg menang no.1 & no.2 ada kat dalam main peloton.. kuat siol.

the best part is dia punya finish line kat atas bukit daaa.. bestest!! mcm sprinting kat dlm tv hehehe.. tekan.. tekan.. tekan.. habissssss.. :p
