wa dah 37 tahun.

wife bz kat opis 2-3 bulan ni balik pun kul 8.00pm or 10.00pm everyday. so lepas wa running or swimming baru jemput dia balik. kengkadang Saturday pun dia kena kerja. last 2 week ni pulak dia bz pindah opis.. from Plaza Permata@IGB Plaza, Jln Pekeliling ke Garden MidVelley. sampai wa punya birthday pun dia lupa.. dah 2 tahun dia lupa wa punya birthday.

no problem – mcm biasa every year wa akan belikan hadiah untuk diri wa sendiri. dah tua2 ni tak ada org nak belikan hadiah, sendiri mau ingat la hihihi..

janji, jumpa & settle dgn Kim kat KLCC last Thursday – TQ Kim.

this year Garmin Forerunner 305 🙂 GPS receiver dgn byk features pastu link dgn MotionBased yg buat wa melopong depan PC mcm poyo “MotionBased automatically calculates time, distance, speed, elevation, heart rate and cadence metrics into meaningful charts, illustrations, reports, and maps”.. best utk running & cycling… nak hiking pun boleh. boss tgk mcm wa bz & rajin gila buat kerja hehehe..

Rat Race & Ekiden Run 2008

Celcom hantar 3 teams (1 team 5 org). this year ada 140 teams.

Another new record was set with the participation of 140 teams of five runners each from local and foreign, private and public-listed companies with a total contribution of RM1,755,000 . In 2007, 116 teams took time out to run for this good cause and helped raise RM1,563,000.

kecewa tak menang lucky draw.. TV LCD 32″ 4 biji & 42″ sebiji.. mcm2 jenis ipod 8 biji arghhh.. and banyak lagi laaa.. tension tension..

rat race ni ari Selasa. 2 ari before tu, ari Ahad ada Ekiden Run kat Putrajaya. 1 team ada 5 org. kena run relay 15km. so sorang +/-3km aje. wa punya team 1st runner Dicky, 2nd Bacin, 3rd Alwin, 4th Akmal & 5th Shakhir. team ni dapat no.14.

Mejar & anak buah dia – gang Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM).

wa skg ni tgh dok layan citer bersiri Kekasihku Seru. setiap Khamis 9.30pm di TV3.

wa rasa la, buat masa ni citer hantu ni la yg paling best – citer hantu melayu kat tv la.

wa byk kali terkezuttt tgk citer ni.. dahsyat ooo.. part 1 & part 2 paling best.

esok dah part 4, tak sabar nak tgk ni :p
